A gift to the creator of Alien Dice. Because I felt like it. She's been having issues with their baby and the hospital and stuff. Need donations. And she still manages to keep udpating her comic. Good stuff. HUGE archives and it's still going. Took me three days, back a couple years (year and a half, two years?) ago to read thru everything, it would take longer now with the new stuff since then. Worth it if you have some free time to dedicate to a read through.
Riley may appear to be a vampire with that little fang, but really he's just a Littan. An alien race which our vampire legend was derived from... just read Alien Dice for more alien details.
His hair was like... a pain. I completed the face, body, and clothing all in one day. Got about 1/4 of the hair done that same day. Took me a whole 'nother day (after workywork tho) to finish the hair. Such a pain. It's in three lengths. A long pulled back bundle, a short ponytail behind the head, and all the really short front bits. So many short front bits. The shorter the hair, the more scalp shows. I have OCD about bald spots on my plushies. I shake them and shake them and shake them so that no matter how the hair falls it doesn't open up to a big bald scalp spot.... so like the really short yarn front bits... there's A LOT of yarn stitched in there... It should be curly... but damned if I would be able to curl a full head of yarn. @_@
He wears a full purple(violet) outfit (brown sheos tho) but he's straight I promise. Has a girlfriend/lover/smoochfacechicky. I think it's just to contrast against his yellow hair. That whole complimentary colours thing. I dunno for sure I didn't make up the colour scheme.
The coat was fun. It has a cape bit around it. I'd do it a little differently the next time around, but I don't have any major complaints on the design.
I really need to stop with the freebie gifts tho. Need to make some moneys off these plushies, not spend more for like shipping and all that... and most of the freebies I do barely even thank me. I don't get any pimpage. But I continue to make them anyway. Bah.

Wow, you're really professional! And maybe a little tenacious as well ^_~ It's awesome that you pay so much attention that you make sure there is no way a bald spot would show!
